Wall-mounted dilution dispensers and lockable dosing cabinets that pair with Vileson's concentrate cleaning chemicals — accurate dosing, less waste, safer handling.
Concentrated chemicals only perform as intended when diluted accurately. Manual "glug and guess" dosing wastes product, produces inconsistent cleaning results, and increases the risk of over-strong solutions damaging surfaces or skin. We supply two dispensing systems designed to solve this alongside our chemical range — not as a standalone equipment line.
Wall-mounted push-button dilution dispenser
ProMax connects directly to a water line and dispenses accurately diluted, ready-to-use solution from chemical concentrate at the push of a button. Available as 1 or 4-product versions, with dilution rate set by the venturi tip fitted.
| Pressure | 1–9 bar |
| Flow rate | 4–30 l/min (grey / yellow / blue venturi) |
| Dilution ratio | From approx. 2.4:1 up to 5000:1, depending on model and venturi |
| Fill applications | Spray bottle, mop bucket, floor scrubber |
| Mounting | Tool-free wall bracket |
Lockable dosing cabinet, no water or power connection needed
SekureDose is a wall-mounted, lockable cabinet built around a manual pump mechanism. It needs no electrical connection and no water supply — chemical is dosed by a fixed-volume pump stroke, controlled by the settings selected. Well suited to sites where limiting access to concentrate is the priority.
| Capacity | 5L, 2×2L, 3×1L, or 2.5L container |
| Dosage settings | 6 settings, 5–30cc per stroke |
| Versions | Sink filling, bucket filling, trigger bottle filling |
| Lock type | Revolving plug or universal plastic key |
| Power / water required | None |
Both units are supplied to pair with Vileson concentrate chemicals — the right choice depends on how much control you need over dosing.
ProMax for consistent, fast dilution across large housekeeping stores — pairs with our multipurpose and floor cleaner range.
ProMax wall units for kitchen and back-of-house cleaning stations, reducing waste from manual dosing.
SekureDose's lockable cabinet controls chemical access and dosage where staff turnover is high and training time is limited.
SekureDose gives consistent, tamper-resistant dosing for disinfectant and surface cleaner use in clinical settings.
ProMax dilution for workshop floor and surface cleaning chemicals, mounted at the wash bay.
Either system, depending on site access control needs — ask us which fits your contract.
Yes. Both the ProMax dilution dispenser and the SekureDose dosing cabinet are designed to work with standard liquid concentrate cleaning chemicals, including the type supplied by Vileson Trade. We supply the units as an add-on to our chemical range, not as a standalone hardware line.
No. ProMax is designed for tool-free wall mounting and connects directly to a water line via its inlet and outlet fittings, with pick-up and discharge tubing included. It runs on standard mains water pressure (1-9 bar) and needs no electrical power.
ProMax is a wall-mounted, push-button dispenser connected to a water supply, giving continuous accurate dilution for spray bottles, mop buckets, or floor scrubbers. SekureDose is a lockable cabinet with a manual pump mechanism, needs no water or electrical connection, and is built for environments where controlling access to concentrated chemical is the priority, such as labour camps and clinics.
Yes. SekureDose is a lockable ABS cabinet (revolving plug or plastic key) holding the chemical container out of reach of untrained users, with a fixed-dose manual pump. This makes it well suited to labour camp housekeeping stores and clinic or healthcare cleaning stations where dosing needs to be controlled and tamper-resistant.
We supply genuine ProMax and SekureDose dilution and dosing units as an addition to our chemical supply service. We are not an appointed SEKO distributor or partner; we are a reseller of the equipment for use alongside our chemical range.
ProMax offers dilution ratios from roughly 2.4:1 up to 5000:1 depending on the venturi tip and model selected, with flow rates from 4 to 30 litres per minute. SekureDose offers 6 dosage settings ranging from 5 to 30cc per stroke, calibrated to the container size in use.
