How do I choose my delivery day?
When you subscribe, you specify your preferred delivery day. We confirm it's available for your area, and from that point it is your fixed monthly delivery date. If you need to change it, contact us and we adjust the next delivery cycle.
Can I add products to a delivery after subscribing?
Yes. Log into the Vileson Client Portal before your scheduled delivery date to add any products from the full catalog. They are included in your regular delivery at trade pricing — no extra delivery charge.
What notification do I receive before delivery?
You receive a WhatsApp message and email confirming your delivery is on schedule and the expected delivery window. No action required from your team — purely for your information.
What does the Essential plan cover in terms of area?
The Essential plan covers approximately 4,800 m² (51,667 sq ft). It is designed for small properties, serviced apartments and light commercial operations. For larger properties, the Professional plan (≈ 10,000 m² (107,639 sq ft)) or Enterprise plan (≈ 26,000 m² (279,861 sq ft)) would be more appropriate.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes. All plans can be paused or cancelled at any time. Monthly subscriptions cancel before the next billing cycle. Quarterly and yearly plans — contact us at least 14 days before your renewal date. No early termination fees, no minimum contract period.
What documentation comes with each delivery?
Every delivery includes the full compliance pack: 16-section SDS in English and Arabic, GHS-compliant bilingual labels on every container, and COA. Kitchen chemicals include HACCP documentation. All documents are also downloadable from the Client Portal at any time.
Do subscription plans cover GCC delivery?
